RETURNS
At Jewel Your Way, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
All earrings are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Please also note that all clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jewelyourway.com and we will assist you in the process. Please include your ORDER No. and NAME in the Subject line.
We will process your refund or exchange once we receive the item in its original condition.
WARRANTY*
Jewel Your Way is happy to offer a 2-year warranty.
For the the warranty to be valid you need to make sure that you have followed correctly care-guide.
Please send us an email at info@jewelyourway.com, including:
- Subject of the email: Warranty for order number #.... (Please mention your order number after the #)
- Photos clearly showing the damaged item
* The 2 year warranty applies only on stainless steel items on which the plating has faded within 2 years.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
At Jewel Your Way, we take great care in ensuring that all our jewelry pieces are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be more than happy to assist.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@jewelyourway.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your ORDER No. and NAME in the Subject line
We will require a photograph of the damaged or defective item before processing any further action.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
At Jewel Your Way, we take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and safe manner. However, if a package is unclaimed or undelivered and returned to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment.
Please note that any additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you provide a secure shipping address and monitor the tracking information for your package.
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and us immediately. Jewel Your Way is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Please note that we are not responsible for paying any duty or additional taxes that may arise from shipping. The customer should pay forward.
